The advisor looks at the monthly calendar, then the weekly calendar - and selects a good date for the customer and adds the appointment. He also reserves a rental vehicle for the customer. While on the appointment screen, he notices a special order part that is ready. He can also view the service history and recommended service for both of the customer's vehicles. The advisor can see all the technician appointments for the day by hovering over that link.
