With Advanced version, create for your dealership specific “How to” and attach the spreadsheet you want them to use. Store your completed Tasks with past spreadsheets, forms, documents. When your office staff logs on, they can see their own Assigned Tasks and due dates and create “Done” records with notes.
This is similar to the old Redbook program, but much easier to use and now we have over 300 tasks and ALL of them have tips! Redbook only had tips for 40 of the tasks and only 250 tasks. After two years of Redbook, we have so many more tasks and finally all the tips completed with their spreadsheets. We then put all those 300+ tasks and tips into Super Controller 3 and added the whole time management section. We use TasksMaster to help you store those tips and develop your own training program and it is a great place for us to put your spreadsheets and forms from Super Controller 3 for you to download (too big for emailing!) $95 Basic – single user. Enables you to assign tasks to your office staff and determine when tasks should be done. Comes with over 300 tasks and Sandi’s task tips – along with sample spreadsheets to help you perform the task. Price per dealership $95 per month.
$195 Multi-user – office. Enables you to assign tasks to your office staff and determine when tasks should be done. Comes with over 300 tasks and Sandi’s task tips – along with sample spreadsheets to help you perform the task. Up to 20 office users can log in and update their own tasks and see who does what task. Price per dealership $195 per month.
$295 Advanced – includes all feature of basic multi, but also enables you to edit the tasks, tips, create your own “How to” instructions, modify the sample spreadsheets, and store your version of spreadsheets or documents on our secure server. Your office staff can log in and create “done” entries when they complete tasks, add notes and upload updated spreadsheets. You can send email reminders to the person assigned to complete the task if the due date is overdue. What a great place to document everything you do and when you last did it (along with the spreadsheet.) Your auditor will love you (and hopefully bother you less!) Price per dealership with up to 10 users, $285 a month, over 10 users, $385 a month.
$995 Monthly Maintenance Enterprise – for dealership groups. Advanced version, but enables an Admin mode to view all dealerships and special reporting to compare when tasks are completed by each dealership. Price for up to 5 dealerships, $995 a month, free installation;
